Webster's dictionary states the following definition for transition:

a. Passage from one state, stage, subject, or place to another: CHANGE  b. a
movement, development, or evolution from one stage or another.

Transition coaching is about supporting the client while in their transition.
Transition can be stressful and one can tend to feel overwhelmed and be unable
to make clearer, more effective choices.

Transitions can be easier and enjoyable.

Transition coaching focuses upon helping the client :

  • Identify priorities to save energy, time, money and have more peace.
  • To create a network of supporters, allies for themselves while going
    through the transition.
  • Taking regular inventory and maintaining balance with the physically,
    mentally, emotionally, and spiritually needs.
  • To use the power of letting go of the old life and embracing the new.

  • And much more

"We tell ourselves so many lies and half-truths... We listen and are duly
impressed by these inner voices that turn into unseen judges that nag at us.
We give each of these judges a seat of honor in our minds, all the while hating
their guts and never ending supply of judgements...We give the judges
permission to accompany us on each journey of life, never daring to realize
that we can park them, at least momentarily.         -- Eloise Ristad
