Forgiveness
“An infinite God can give all of Himself to each of His children. He does not
distribute Himself that each may have a part, but to each one He gives all of

to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
Mark 10:15 "Truly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child will
not enter it at all."
Child…Enter the Kingdom
November 2009
This morning I woke to tears. I was not sure why the sudden wave of sadness but
it came like waves on a shore. High surfing waves at that. I tried everything in my
knowledge to stop the sadness but nothing seemed to work.
As I surrendered to the oceanic experience of mental and emotional
unwantedness, I realized all the teachings I have had over the many years in Life
Coaching and Counseling were not really here to cheer me up but to taunt me.
Going to bed and crying seemed like the most intelligent thing I could think or feel
to do. I stayed in and out of bed till almost 11:00 am in the morning. (This is a big
thing for someone who usually up and going around 4:30 am (Dawnrose - get it?))
As I got out of bed with eyes swollen and very red, I decided to take a shower and
to reflect on some of the more meaningful moments in my cry-out experience!
At one moment, while crying, I heard a nice thought say, “You must become as a
little child to enter the kingdom of heaven.” I replied to the nice thought, “I feel
like a very unhappy little child now.” The reply, “Then you can enter the
kingdom.” I felt a surge of being loved and then…uncontrollably, went back into
sobbing but more in a gratitude kinda way.
Luke 18:17 "Truly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of
God like a child will not enter it at all."
I am still learning what it really means to be a child of Life/God and what entering
the Kingdom of Heaven really is. I realized, from this morning’s experience, to
enter the kingdom of Heaven does not necessarily mean we must become a
“perfect and positive little child. I believe we can actually enter the Kingdom of
Heaven crying and unhappy.
When I bring my focus to the “Whole” of us (all) on the planet, I hear an echo of
great disappointment in how life is and has been ( for most ) on this planet. Surely
it has not been a Utopia/Heaven all the time.
I believe, on some deeper level, we are all crying as little children. I think the key is
for each and everyone of us to be aware of this “weeping” aspect in ourselves.
The turn of the key, is to offer the weeping aspects, your dislike, your angers…and
so on to God/life.
I am told by Source that when one gives ALL their worries and problems over to
God, especially like a child …those problems are transformed from misfortunes
into opportunities. In short….our authentic “boo-hoo’s” have a way of turning
into nuggets of Gold for our life.
Let us pray that all our sorrows be turned into joys. Amen!!
