Monumental Moments
March 2010
I have waited a long time for these moments. To me…what I am about to write, is monumental.
It has been a bit over 11 years since I have been able to physically sit long enough to see a movie.
Today, February 28, 2010, I achieved this goal. Monumental!!
I set the goal, about 7 years ago, that I would one day, again, go to the movie theater; some part of
me did not believe I would. How could I? I did not even know if I would ever walk again. The
best professional opinions were all singing the same song…”I will stay crippled and only get worse
as I got older. There was no cure or operation that could help me.“ I was one of millions that the
traditional medical field could not help. I, like many, were told to go home and learn to live with it.
Well to make a long story, short…I did go home but I did not “learn to live with it”.
Instead…..I set some goals: Now, Monumental Moments!!
Some of the following goals and now monumental moments in regards to my healing:
- I will heal... naturally I AM
- I will learn how to walk again. I HAVE!
- I will stand and brush my teeth again. I DO
- I will drive again. I AM
- I will sit again I AM
- I will jog again I HAVE
- I will garden again I DO
- I will sit down at a restaurant and eat a whole meal. I DID AND DO
- I will go to the movie theater again. I HAVE
Monumental Moments can be positive or negative. I encourage the reader to answer these
questions.
When was your last monumental moment?
Have you challenged yourself to do what you have always wanted to do...
regardless if others say you can or not?
I am amazed and greatfull for all the people who have helped me along the way. I could not have
done this with out you all. You know who you are. May you all be blessed a thousand fold!
I have purposely left out details of my healing story. What I have written is to relay the significance
of the monumental moments in our lives. If you are truly interested in hearing more details of my
experience of healing or you are looking to heal something in your own life....send me an e-mail and
we can set up a free, 1 hour, phone consultation.
Many Blessings,
Dawnrose

“What looks like loss may be the very event which is subsequently responsible for
helping to produce the major achievements of your life." -- Srully Blotnick.
They are bringing this couch in the theater for me. Are they cool or what! One of these men are one of the owners. Thanks Steve!

Now this is a monumental moment. There is the couch...fits in nicely. I know of no other theater this accomadating.

There is the sign I made before arriving at the theater, the ticket to the movie Avatar and the 3d glasses to view the movie. This is also where I drank my frozen piña colada and ate an Italian Job Pizza, while watching the movie. SO COOL!!!.

Look at me...sitting like a pro. This is Steve Nerangis. He is one of the owners of this fine establishment. This is a Monumental Moment!

My bestest friend in the whole Universe. Thank you Linda for being. You hung in there through these 11 years and believed I could and would walk, stand and sit again. :o))
