Heart Matters
January 2010
As I relaxed into my meditation/nap. I noticed an interesting perspective, I would not have normally
given the time of day to, flash by, in my thoughts. I looked deeper inside myself and found the
statement....
"I know there is a way out for everything. Nothing can hurt me. There are no consequences for the
Child of God. I know how to make everything better." With these thoughts came the emotions and
feelings of an unwavering knowing and feeling of It was so.
This made sense in my heart but my mind was not on board with it. My mind immediately
rationalized with me about how this could not be true. In most conversations, my mind would have
been correct but in this situation...my heart felt differently...something rang true for me and the truth
was not coming from my (human) thinking mind.
The intelligence of our mortal mind is limited. It references it's truth based on it's own collection of
data and the collection of those around them. It's perspective is based on a past and a future.
Heart intelligence is vast and references it's truth with the Highest of thoughts and possibilities. It
comes from an eternal perspective.
Much like love, when the heart speaks meaning, it is usually beyond words/ intellect.
Most times the human mind needs more information/time to catch up in order to understand.
Understand what?
That there is Greater Intelligence bigger than it'self. It uses the heart and the mind to express It'self.
This Greater Intelligence see's all-ways. It see's the whole picture and it carries the Bigger Plan.
Higher guidance has shown me the heart and the mind are instruments which carry the
archives/information to setting ourselves free. Each one being equally important.
A choice made by the mind without the heart ... you have masculine energy.
Make a choice by heart and no mind you have feminine energy.
Merge the two , heart and mind, and have agreement ... you'll ex[erience well-being.
Practice this focus of finding the agreement with your own heart and mind, in every area of your life.
Life Exercise:
Listen to your Heart's Mind.
and
Find your Mind's Heart.

From what I am shown, this Supreme Intelligence lives inside each individual's stillness.
We can check in anytime we would like. I mean check in ...consciously. It a choice we are all

- To educate myself on how to keep bees/hives and collect honey.
- Finish certification for , ASC, Advanced Spiritual Counselor.
- I will find the best book publisher for my first book.
